SUP Yoga increases coordination, stability, flexibility and core strength as well as peace and tranquility.

  • SUP (stand up paddle board) Yoga (a ancient sacred practice that integrates body, mind and spirit) Combined with the natural beauty of Beaver Lake you’ll get a fun and healing challenge with lots of laughter! SUP Yoga provides the body with physical and mental refreshment and a disconnect in a busy world!
  • Our classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced yogis! This is a one hour class, SUP Yoga can enhance an individual’s yoga practice. Doing a yoga asana on a stand up paddle board increases awareness of weight transfer, because unlike a mat the board responds to the movement. SUP Yoga deals with the unity and calming of the body, mind and soul.

Duration

1 Hour session 2classes during 10-noon!


What to Bring

  • Water
  • Sunscreen
  • If you prefer to use your own PFD
  • Shoes you don’t mind getting wet, these will be used to keep from slipping on rocks as we enter the water.
